Built inside a working hotel · running it today

Every request, order and booking on one quiet system.

Aurelle gives the guest an app in their language, every department a live queue, the owner the numbers as they happen, and the phone line a concierge that never misses a call.

Why hotels switch

Five vendors that never agree, or one record of the stay.

Most hotels run the guest app, staff messaging, tasks, reports and the phone line on different systems. Every hand-off between them is where a request is lost.

How a hotel moves onto Aurelle.

Your PMS stays the source of truth. Aurelle reads it, and everything guests and staff do happens on top of it.

  1. Connect the PMS

Suites, room types, prices, products and photos sync from ElektraWeb. Reservations follow on their own.

  2. Set up the hotel

Menus, spa treatments, places, offers, house rules, roles and departments, all in the command center.

  3. Bring in the team

Each person gets the staff app with their department’s dashboard, and the panel if their role needs it.

  4. Open to guests

Guests sign in with their reservation code. The concierge answers the phone line and the chat from day one.

What changes on the floor.

One system instead of five.

Guest app, staff messaging, task boards, reporting and the call center usually come from different vendors that never agree. Here they share one record, one set of roles and one audit log.

Fewer missed calls.

The AI concierge answers every call and chat, day and night, in Turkish, English and Arabic, and passes the ones that need a person to the team with a summary.

Faster check-in.

Guests scan their passport or ID before they arrive. The desk checks it, gives the key, and the police registration is already prepared.

Every request tracked.

Each request has an owner, a timer and a target. Past it, the department is rung; at twice the target, the general manager is.

Revenue captured.

In-suite dining, spa, passes, upgrades and late check-out are sold in the app and paid by wallet or saved card, so nothing is left on a paper slip.

The AI concierge

It answers the phone. At three in the morning, too.

Aurelle answers your hotel’s phone line, app chat and website chat in the guest’s language. It quotes live prices from your PMS, takes the booking with a secure payment link, and hands over to your team the moment a person is needed.

AI across the house

AI where it helps. Rules where they must hold.

Aurelle uses AI for the work that needs language and judgement, and plain rules for what must never bend: targets, approvals and money. That is how the house keeps running smoothly at three in the morning.

  1. Answers every call and chat

The concierge takes the phone line, the app chat and the website chat in three languages, quotes live prices and books with a payment link.

  2. Reads every call back

A review pass scores each finished call, quotes what to fix, and flags any booking reference the hotel never issued.

  3. Helps guests in the app

The in-app concierge chat answers in the guest’s language, offers the right action, such as a table or a taxi, and hands over to reception.

  4. Translates the hotel

Menus, offers and app content written once are translated into Turkish and Arabic in the command center, ready for a person to review.

  5. Reads the passport

The phone reads the passport or ID during online check-in. When a photo is unclear, one AI reading fills the gap, and nothing is stored.

  6. Keeps the house on time

Every request has an owner, a timer and a target, escalated to the department and then the general manager. Rules, not guesses.

Questions we hear first.

All questions

Is Aurelle a real product or a concept?

It is in service. Aurelle runs GreenHills Suites, a 79-suite hotel on the Marmara coast: the guest app in both app stores, the staff app in every department, the command center and the concierge on the phone line. Every screen on this site is that system on demo data.

Which PMS do you work with?

ElektraWeb is connected today: suites, room types, daily prices, products, photos and reservations sync from it. If you run another PMS, tell us which on the call and we will talk through what connecting it involves.

Will the AI make things up to guests?

It answers from the facts, knowledge and rate rules you set in the command center, and quotes availability and prices live from the PMS. What it should not handle becomes a task for your team with a summary. Every call is kept and reviewed, and the ones a person should read are flagged.

Will our staff actually use it?

Each person opens the app to their own department’s dashboard: their queue, their rooms, their handover. Heads of department are trained first, and staff use the app in English, Turkish or Arabic.

Which languages do guests get?

English, Turkish and Arabic in the app, in emails and in notifications. Arabic is laid out right to left on every screen, with prices, codes and dates kept readable.

How much does it cost?

Aurelle is priced per property, by its size and the products you switch on. There is no public price list: after a call about your hotel you receive a written proposal.

Built inside a hotel

Not designed in a lab. Tested every night.

Aurelle was built inside GreenHills Suites, 79 suites in Çınarcık, Türkiye, by people who answer to real guests. It runs that hotel today, which is why it works the way your team works.
